AI Tools Terms
Last updated: October 2, 2026
These terms apply to the AI Detection Defense (Humanizer) and AI Detector provided by StepHow Co., Ltd. WISSLY's workplace products have separate Terms of Service. Data handling for these tools is described in the AI Tools Privacy Notice.
1. Available functions
AI Detection Defense uses StealthGPT's generative AI to rewrite text. The output is rewritten by AI; passing a particular detector or removing evidence of AI use is not guaranteed. AI Detector displays Pangram's classifications and analyzed passages. Its figures do not establish who wrote a text or how it was written.
The tools support Korean and English without registration. Input is limited to 2,000 characters; AI Detector requires at least 300. Each device can use AI Detection Defense twice and AI Detector once per day. A shared network is limited to six and five uses, respectively. Days reset at midnight Korea Standard Time; language versions share the same allowance.
2. Using results
Rewrites can change meaning, figures, facts, and quotations. Review the output before using it. You must follow the AI and submission rules of your school, institution, or employer and disclose AI assistance where required. Do not use the tools for plagiarism, impersonation, fabrication, or submissions that violate a recipient's prohibition on AI use.
AI detection can produce false positives and false negatives. Do not use it as the sole basis for alleging misconduct or making adverse disciplinary, admissions, or hiring decisions. This tool and other detectors may return different results for the same text.
3. Content rights and personal information
Only submit text you have the right to use. When reviewing another person's work, obtain the necessary authority for processing and external transmission and remove names, student IDs, and contact details. The Company does not claim ownership of your input or output. We do not guarantee that generated output qualifies for copyright or is free of third-party rights.
WISSLY's tools do not save input or output and do not provide result history. Copy any result you want to keep. Providers' separate retention and processing practices are described in the Privacy Notice.
4. Limits and availability
Automated bulk requests, manipulating devices or networks to avoid limits, rights violations, and disrupting the service are prohibited. Failures, exhausted budgets, abuse, or provider issues may restrict requests. Failed requests restore the usage allowance. If analysis is unavailable, we do not substitute an invented score or an authorship verdict.
Functions and usage allowances may change as the service evolves. We will provide advance notice of significant changes or discontinuation where possible. WISSLY product links may appear below results; signing up or contacting sales is not required to use the tools.
5. Responsibility and contact
We do not guarantee accurate, complete, fit-for-purpose results or uninterrupted availability. Responsibility attributable to the Company and your rights remain subject to applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Contact us through the WISSLY contact page or our privacy contact. You do not need to include your full input text. Disputes are handled under the laws of the Republic of Korea and applicable consumer and data-protection rules. Changes to these terms and their application date will be announced through the tools.
