Questions about billing and adoption
How long is the current pricing available?
The current flat-rate plans and promotional prices remain available through December 31, 2026. Monthly subscriptions with usage limits and prepaid credits are planned from January 2027; the new prices have not yet been finalized.
Will an annual payment now protect my plan in 2027?
Complete your annual payment by December 31, 2026 to keep your current pricing and included allowances until that annual subscription ends.
What will count toward usage?
Both document processing and AI usage will count toward consumption. Monthly subscriptions draw from the plan's usage allowance, while prepaid usage draws from your credit balance. Unit prices, usage tiers, and applicable terms will be finalized in January 2027.
Can we get a quote for a larger team?
Yes. Enterprise quotes reflect your team size, contract scale, deployment environment, and integration scope. Discount terms are agreed during consultation.
Will I be charged automatically after a free trial?
No. You can try Wissly free without registering a payment card, and you will not be charged automatically afterward. You are only charged when you choose and pay for a paid plan yourself.
